Due to the ongoing pandemic, staff, students, and visitors will be asked to follow the guidelines below.
General Guidelines:
- Masks are required while in the building.
- Upon entry, temperature must be taken at the front desk and recorded on the sign-in sheet.
- Individuals must be free of the following symptoms:
- Fever (100 º or higher), chills
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Difficulty breathing
- Gastrointestinal distress (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
- New loss of taste or smell
- New muscle aches
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Runny nose or congestion (not due to other known causes such as allergies)
- Any other signs of illness
- Symptomatic individuals must vacate premises immediately. To gain reentry:
- Individual should monitor symptoms for 10 days, have a negative Covid-19 test, AND have been fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to premises.
- If individual does not get tested, they may return after 10 days in self-isolation AND symptoms improve AND they are fever-free without fever-reducing medication for at least 24 hours.
- If an individual tests positive for Covid-19, individual must self-isolate for a minimum of 10 days from the onset of the first symptom.
- After 10 days, the individual may return on premises if symptoms have improved AND they have been fever-free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication.
- If a close contact (e.g. household member) tests positive AND contact is ongoing, then all household members should self-quarantine until the infected individual is no longer considered infectious (generally 14 days from onset of first symptom).
- Individual should monitor for symptoms for 14 days from the day of exposure.
- Individual may return if they are fully vaccinated prior to exposure.
- Individual may return after 14-day quarantine AND experiences NO symptoms AND close contact’s symptoms have improved AND close contact is fever-free without fever-reducing medication for at least 24 hours.
- If you have traveled, please take an at-home Covid-19 test or PCR test. Test must be negative to return on premises.
