Road to Success Roundtables is an annual Freedom House networking event that connects our youth to professionals in their interested career fields. Professionals share their personal, educational and professional pathways that led them to their careers and students have the opportunity to connect further. The goal is to continue providing our youth with the opportunity to have meaningful dialogue – especially with professionals of color.

During the 2021 academic school year, we launched an extension of the roundtables: Speaker Series: Legacy of Leaders which served as a more concentrated approach to our annual roundtables. 9 professionals from various sectors such as government, education and nonprofit participated in the Legacy of Leaders series.
