Road to Success Roundtables (R2SR) is an annual Freedom House networking event that connects our youth to professionals in their career fields of interest. Professionals share their personal, educational, and professional pathways that led them to their careers, and students have the opportunity to connect further. The goal is to continue providing our youth with the opportunity to have meaningful dialogue, especially with professionals of color.
During the 2021 academic year, we launched an extension of the roundtablesSpeaker Series: Legacy of Leaders, which served as a more robust approach to our annual roundtables. Professionals from various sectors such as government, education, and nonprofits participated in the Legacy of Leaders series.
